Solution
A subscription that allows homeowners to have their homes updated once every X number of years. It’s a small monthly subscription that they pay to always have an up-to-date home. The home owner could choose to have the home updated as often as they like with varying plans. The idea is that it’s a win-win for the home owner and the company. The home owner gets a better deal on remodels and the company has a subscription business that makes the work they do less seasonal.
Example
You buy a home and have the option to sign up for some sort of subscription that keeps your home always updated. You pay according to the plan you choose and get to decide when different things will be updated. You also wouldn’t have to decide upfront. You could choose what you want to update when different trends. i.e., new backsplash behind the counter because a new style has hit the market.
