An idea's value comes from its execution. I couldn't possibly execute on all my startup ideas, which is why I'm sharing them here. I'd love to watch the good ones come to fruition.
Most people who live in places with different seasons have to have clothing to match the weather. In the winter, people have big coats and clothing that isn’t all that fashionable. We need temperature-controlled clothing.
Movie theaters struggle as Netflix and on-demand streaming allows customers to watch movies from home. They make money by selling concessions, but they could bump profits in other ways.
This is a two-sided problem. People have extra space in their homes, many of whom would love to pay a little less on their mortgage. The other side is that people need extra space to store things. The rise of storage units is proof of this.
College campuses are known for not having enough parking. Nearby restaurants could open up their parking lots at slow times to gain additional income from an unused asset (their parking lot). They could easily adjust the hours that parking is available via an easy-to-use app or web solution.
A food truck called Nuckols Sandwiches that offers simple delicious sandwiches. It’s more of a marketing play, but you could make good food. PB&J’s, Subway on-demand, desserts.
People do not like solicitors. Use this dislike of solicitors to make a brand with fun marketing campaigns. People will buy signs to keep the pests away.
